Cadet Fitness Assessment (CFA)

Please see your 365 TEAMS for full details.

This night we will be holding our annual fitness assessment. We ask cadets dress appropriately for the weather in civilian attire. You will be participating in team sports, and physical (gym) training, dress appropriately and bring a water bottle.

CFA includes:

  • Pacer (beep) test

  • pushup test

  • sit-up test

  • stretching to warm up and cool down

Dress: appropriate civilian attire
