Registration of New Cadets

To Parent/Guardian and new cadets

We will be holding our first registration for New Cadets on Monday the 19th of October in two separate intakes: 7pm and 8 pm. Please note that due to limited parking at our annex you can also park on Wellington street, there is NO parking allowed on Coquitlam Avenue.

Registration location: James Park Annex: 1730 Coquitlam Avenue, Port Coquitlam

There will be two separate intakes to ensure proper physical distancing: 7 pm and 8pm. Please book a time using our internal system.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BRING THE FOLLOWING:

Please have at least one of the original documents for proof of age, as well as an original document for proof of health insurance.

Proof of Age:

• a valid Canadian passport;

• a birth certificate issued by a Canadian provincial, territorial or federal government agency;

• any card, visa or permit (work, study, permanent resident, etc.) (with photo) issued by the Canadian government which legally authorizes the person to reside in Canada for an extended period of time; or

• any identification card (with or without photo) issued by a Canadian provincial, territorial or federal government agency. No certificates of live birth please.

Proof of Health Insurance:

• BC Care card (Preferred)

• Territorial health insurance card

• Private insurance (ie. Blue Cross) card.
