All cadets are required to attend this mandatory fitness night on Wednesday Nov. 27th/2019. Dress of the day is: Comfy athletic wear, that you can jump around in. Cadets are to be dropped off to location for 6:30 pm and picked up for 9 pm. Please see Squadron Calendar for more information and for the waiver, your Parents must sign for you to participate.

This event is open to ALL cadets, only 9 spots left! Cadets are to meet Nov.16th at the Port Coquitlam Legion for 9 am. Dress of the day is: civvies and a rain jacket for activities outside. Lunch is provided by subway. Cadets also need to bring a 2L bottle for an activity that we will be participating in (Rocket building). We will be returning to the Legion for 15:00hrs (3 pm). Cadets need to arrive to the Wilson Centre Parking lot at 9:30 am. Dress of the day is full uniform with medals. Parka and gloves if weather is poor. Cadets will fall in on Wilson Street for 10:15 am and the parade will step off at 10:30 am. The ceremony will take place at the cenotaph(City hall). After ceremony, cadets form up on McAllister to March back to the Legion. Cadets will be dismissed at the Legion for pick up.

Calling all cadets interested in playing Volleyball. Practice starts tonight at Ecole des Pionniers from 6:30 to 7:30 pm. Bring a water bottle and wear PT gear. 10 cadets will be selected to attend the tourney on Dec.7th.
