New Cadet Registration

Registration night for new cadets will be on Wednesday, October 20th, 2021 from 6:45 pm – 9:00 pm at École de Pionniers (1618 Patricia Avenue, Port Coquitlam). We will be holding a brief presentation at the beginning of the night in order to provide an overview of the 2021-2022 training year and answer any questions you may have about the program. 

Due to strict guidelines mandated by the cadet program related to Covid-19 safety, we will be enforcing physical distancing, maintaining capacity requirements and mandatory mask and hand hygiene requirements, which might prolong the registration process and do appreciate your patience as we endeavour to register your child.

 The following documents are required for registration: 

• Cadets must be at least 12 years old

• Completed CF 1158 Form (attached)

  • A new process has been created for online registration forms. Cadets can also be registered online (https://registration.cadets.gc.ca/get-started.html > search “777 Neptune”). Once completed online, this generates a completed form to our email. If you have already completed this online form, we will have these printed out and ready to process. This online form is the equivalent to the CF1158 form, either one will be accepted.

• One piece of government issued identification (Canadian birth certificate, Canadian passport, valid resident card, valid identification card issued by a Canadian provincial or federal government, valid student/work visa, etc.)

• Proof of medical insurance in Canada (BC Health Care Card, Care card, etc.)

  • In order to expedite the process, photocopies of the identification documents may be brought to the registration night along with the original Identification documents for a mandatory verification.
